ACIM Lesson 270 notes.

I will not use the body’s eyes today.

“Christ’s vision is Your gift to me,” [CE W-270.1:1]

I am not a body. These eyes are not how I should look upon my siblings. Yesterday, I wrote about how my Christ vision gets blocked when I am in a special relationship dynamic. I don’t like it. I don’t want this anymore.

How can I see this differently?

When I think of this line, which always leads me to forgiveness, I always relate it to my thoughts. I never have considered altering the image I actually see.

Yes, just by questioning my thoughts about others, in my mind I see the image I hold of them lighten. They no longer have the look of someone who is threatening or bothersome.

Is this the vision that you are asking me to use today? (Response from HS is ‘no’.)

The lesson says it (Christ vision) “has power to translate all that the body’s eyes behold into the sight of a forgiven world.” [CE W-270.1:1]

I know I have it in me to do this. I recognize that this world is tough, but I also know that my choice of how I wish to see it is how I will see it.

A friend recently shared a quote from Tom Campbell the physicist which said, ‘consciousness is awareness with choice’. I am conscious so, as Jesus is pointing out, I get to choose how I see the world and the people in my relationships.

My heart is open to provide a pause, a moment for the question … ‘How can I see this differently?’

Then, what the heart sees can be heard in the mind. <3

“Christ’s vision is Your gift to me.”

It changes my eyes to see a forgiven world. Beauty!

The forgiven world says we, Your children, accept Your Love, truth of who we are. Your will is our will. We act now in Love with our insane thoughts gone.

“Christ is our eyes today.”

I see the beauty and light of our Source in all that is in this world.

We are healed. We are One.

Hollie gave this definition of Christ Vision: “eye of my heart. I am engaging my curiosity, compassion, openness, mystery thinking.”

“Christ is our eyes today.”

I wish to see as Christ. I wish my will to be God’s will and to love as God Loves. Amen.
