Lesson 203 – I am not a body. I am free. For I am still as God created me.

R183 – I call upon God’s name and on my own.

I found in my meditation this morning that the idea for this Review period has become rote. To connect to Love, I moved into the Metta prayer, ‘May I be filled with …’ and came to the third line where I felt connection to Source. ‘May I love myself and others, completely.’ The word ‘completely’ is what connected me. This gave me the thought to find a word in the Lesson to connect me each day. I did something similar in 2024.
