“God did not create His dwelling place unworthy of Him. And if you believe He cannot enter where He wills to be, you must be interfering with His will.” (3.5)

This section has changed my mind about the holy instant. I did not really like this term mostly because I did not understand it. I had a moment, a peak experience (a term I like better) in 2016. Perhaps ‘holy instant’ seemed benign when my experience was awesome – anyway, I am obviously passing judgement on the Course for its choice of words. Perhaps it is only this that has built my resistance to some of these lessons.

This section just asks for my willingness. For me to release judgement, to get rid of my need for understanding, and forget ideas of what to do to prepare.
