T-15-VII The Basis of the Special Relationship.
7-19-2025
” The ego establishes relationships only to get something. And it would keep the giver bound to itself through guilt.” (1.7)
“For it is the ego’s fundamental doctrine that what you do to others you have escaped.” (4.2)
“All anger is nothing more than an attempt to make someone feel guilty.” (10.3)
This section shows us that the relationships we hold dear, calling them loving, are in fact insane. We think that anger just comes up within us, we shouldn’t use it to physically harm someone, but that we have a right to our anger. This shows me that anger is just another tool I use to manipulate my world, to guilt others, so everyone plays by my beliefs so that I can feel OK.
I have been insane. I come from a long line of insane relationships. May it stop here. Let this generation be clear that body identification is not who they are. Everyone is so much more. Love is so much more.
“I am not a body. I am free. For I am still as God created me.” (L201)
Eternal. Beloved. Child of God. I am forever whole, not requiring validation of my worth through special relationships.
