T-15-II Giving the Instant of Release.

“In the holy instant you will unchain all of your brothers and refuse to support either their weakness or your own.” (7.2)

In his commentary, Robert Perry offers a good metaphor of our unconscious feelings toward our relationships. It is like we think of others as employees whose job it is to boost our egos by telling us that everything good we think of ourselves is true. Others see the false masks we put on, so we do not receive all the support we expect, therefore we are always tracking their performance. We develop a long list of what they should be doing for our future use in our reports on their performance. Our judgements, and therefore responses to them, come from this kind of fantasy evaluation.

The people in my life are not as I created them; they are God’s Children still as God created them.

May I step into the next moment and let go of my foolish games of thinking I can know my brothers and sisters based on the false perception of past experiences. I let go and open to the crystal clean moment of NOW, my instant of release.
