T-14-IX Bringing Your Darkness to Him.

“Bring to Him every secret you have locked away from Him. Open every door to Him, and bid Him enter the darkness and lighten it away … Bring, therefore, all your dark and secret thoughts to Him, and look upon them with Him. (8.1-2,8)

I felt excitement and comfort in reading this section. HS is my loving companion that I can trust to go with me into the shadow areas of my mind. The outcome will be that I will be aided in realizing that what I had hid in fear was nonsense.

“In the darkness you have obscured the Glory God gave you … Behind the dark doors which you have closed lies nothing because nothing can obscure the gift of God.” (10.1,3)
