MP 49 – The miracle makes no distinction among degrees of misperception.

Order of magnitude does not matter; this is a worldly measurement system. The miracle finds a single solution to fit the obvious problem as well as related, possibly unseen concerns.

“The miracle is a visitor from another realm with different laws. It is a messenger from God.” ~ CofA commentary Day 28.

MP 50 – The miracle compares what you make with the higher level of creation, accepting what is accord as true, and rejecting the discordant as false.

“Perfect love casts our fear.” (50.2.4)

I love this quote. It feels good, but this MP leads us into question what lies underneath our choice to believe in love. Is it a denial of fear? If so, then it is not perfect love. We are asked to be in readiness to acknowledge our fears so we can question them.

“Only perfect love exists.” (50.2.6)

We ready ourselves by sorting the true from the false. Here we are ready for receipt of God’s gifts.
