T-1.43 – Miracle principle 43.

MP 43 summary – miracles can release a person from a sense of isolation and lack; they affirm the ‘Sonship’ (wholeness).

We seek Love. We want so much to be filled with belonging, but this world does not offer us a clear and true path. As a child and youth, all I understood of love was romantic love. Books, songs, and movies drove my belief that a ‘prince’ was the solution to the lack I felt inside. Once I made it to being a couple, sex was meant to be fulfilling, but it did not bring me to what I was longing for. Babies gave me some of it, but then they grew up to be adults that have become separate selves.

Belonging. This principle says we must choose a master, the tyrant of our ego or the authority of Christ, (aka God’s Will).

The second options sounds nearly as limiting as the first until I question the description we are offered. God’s Will for me is freedom to be the love, light, joy, truth, peace, and strength that I desire.

Here I will belong; I will feel connection to All-That-Is. And who is better authority on who I am than my Creator, God? <3

I choose Love.
