If I am bound, my Father is not free.

“For truth is free, and what is bound is not a part of truth.”

The lesson had me think of my metaphor of floating in the River of Love. When I resist the flow, how is God not free?

In God’s loving moving energy, in resistance I become a block (samskara) causing turbulence. I too am part of God and meant to be part of the flow. This is how God is not free to flow fully as God Wills.

Within the River of Love, what is truth? I hear, ‘that things will pass’.

What is eternal is the flow of Love surrounding me, and me, and Love. (Trinity comes to mind.)

Free our souls.

The truth is I am free. My heart is free to love this world and the people in it.

My life has changed so I have curled up, unsure of what lies next. Fear of change as well as tempted by comfort.

I don’t think my creator wants me to remain isolated and inactive the rest of my years.

What would you have me do Lord?
