What is Salvation?

“Salvation is a promise, made by God, that you would find your way to Him at last.”

Salvation is a promise from God!

“So the Thought that has the power to heal the split became a part of every fragment of the mind that still was one, but failed to recognize its oneness.”

When we created the thoughts to separate us, the thoughts with the power to heal were put in our minds (ie. War – peace). Salvation is God’s promise to give actions to direct us home.

“Salvation is undoing in the sense that it does nothing, failing to support the world of dreams and malice. Thus it lets illusions go. By not supporting them, it merely lets them quietly go down to dust.”

This paragraph tells me that God/salvation leaves it to us to figure it out. This reminds me of the movie “War Games”, where the computer had to play lots of tic-tak-toe to realize that thermonuclear war was a no-win game.
