“Today’s idea identifies you with your one Self.”

I wonder how this identity relates to the image of the grapes from yesterday?

I felt myself as a plump juicy grape and then felt myself surrounded by other excited energy balls. What was the source of our lively excitement? The Sun!

I am a drop of light I the ocean of light. I am spirit.

I am as light created me.

There has been a holy shift this week. The practice periods, along with the imagery I received, has helped me to step into ‘a higher broader consciousness’.

“The light has come.”

I more easily sense my frantic self and my connected Self, and can shift into the spaciousness of peace, Love, and happiness (I haven’t found the joy button yet).

Presence of Love, here you are.

“I am spirit.”

As I read the lesson, the thought came to me: ‘spirit is the ocean and soul is the drop’.

If the Course work is to shift our awareness to the spirit level, I wonder about the functions of the soul. My first thought was of the soul (drop) being the giver of the life-force into the body, but, the soul as an energy field (quantum) must be large wave-form to collapse into the particle … my body. Through metaphysical studies, I believe gravity is Love; the loving attention of a consciousness manifests the physical bodies. (The Sun is our logos. ~ Law of One.)

Here’s my theory: spirit, like the ocean, is the being state of consciousness, the One Self, God; the soul is the doing state, separated out to manifest the physical for the purpose of experience and growth.

I am the spirit.

“You are the spirit which completes Himself, and shares His function as Creator. He is with you always, as you are with Him.”

“Spirit I am, a holy son of God, free of all limits, safe and healed and whole, free to forgive, and free to save the world.”

I like the offering of the practice period to HS. I feel HS is present with me and will use the energy of my intent to help others — this is very uplifting.
