Let me recognize the problem so it can be solved.

I chose to follow the lesson by getting still and asking. I asked the question, ’what is the problem?’ I heard, ‘slow’.

My first reaction was that this was a critique, like I am too slow. But, on second thought, I understood it to be beneficial — to slow down. This enables me to have the second thought, the one that is informative instead of reactionary.

I just got back from the dentist. While in the waiting room I looked at people of color differently. This is because of my reading of the book, “My Grandmother’s Hands”, by Resmaa Menakim. In the book, it describes the trauma that white bodies and black bodies carry and how they express thoughtless reactions. I spent time looking at others to see their light in the hope of settling generational trauma that is within me (my body).

This is another benefit of my slowing down. I am feeling very blessed by the new awareness as I see it as a tool I have been asking for, to help me see the light in others.

“You have the answer, but you are still uncertain about what the problem is.”

Somewhere along this spiritual growth journey I was told that at the end of this life the only question I might face is ‘did you love well?’. I desire to answer ‘yes!’. This is my conscious goal for this life. I believe this is the answer we have that is referred to in the quote above.

The lesson is bringing our focus to know that there is only one problem … separation.

“The temptation to regard problems as many is the temptation to keep the problem of separation unsolved. The world seems to present you with a vast number of problems, each requiring a different answer. This perception places you in a position in which your problem solving must be inadequate, and failure is inevitable.”

It is time to take all attention off the varied problems I focus on, and try to solve with my inadequate tools. I believe I am separated from God/All That Is. I, Tricia, am not.

It’s not possible. I know this from learning of so much about life, spirit, consciousness, energy, physics.

I am not separate. Love flows. Stop blocking … damming it up.

We are told that there is only one problem – separation. But, we are told to see our problems, then ask for help to see. Next, we should ask for solutions. If there is only one problem, won’t we receive only one answer from HS?

Perhaps it will be the actions recommended by HS that will shift us, to soften our belief in separation???
