Review of lessons 21-25
2-24-2024
[21] I am determined to see things differently.
[22] What I see is a form of vengeance.
[23] I can escape this world by giving up attack thoughts.
[24] I do not perceive my own best interests.
[25] I do not know what anything is for.
Because I see a chaotic and violent world, it tells me that I don’t know who I am. My attack thoughts create this world of harm and fear. I can choose to change the thoughts in my mind, to choose forgiveness and to let Love flow.
Although my decision may be flawed as I don’t know who I am (or don’t believe it yet), I can ask God to send Guides to aid me. I want the world around me to provide the answer to the question of ‘Who am I?’ (I’m expecting the world to validate my beliefs about myself.) But this chaotic world just reflects my chaotic thoughts.
By accepting that ‘I don’t know’, my mind opens to guidance to manage my thoughts, thereby organizing the world I see into what God intends for me.

[21] I am determined to see things differently.
I do not know God if all I see is the suffering in the world. Therefore, I cannot know who I am.
“I am determined to see the witnesses to the truth in me.”
Holy Child of God.
[22] What I see is a form of vengeance.
I release all attack thoughts, they do not serve me. They will only bring more pain and suffering to others I care about and more insanity to the world.
“My loving thoughts will save me from this perception of the world, and five me the peace God intended me to have.”
[23] I can escape this world by giving up attack thoughts.
“As forgiveness allows love to return to my awareness, I will see a world of peace and safety and joy.”
[24] I do not perceive my own best interests.
I am trying.
“I am willing to follow the Guide God has given me (HS) to find out what my own best interests are, recognizing that I cannot perceive them by myself.”
[25] I do not know what anything is for.
All of my life I have used my mind to “prove all my illusions about myself are real”. I create this fear filled, unsafe world.
“Let me open my mind to the world’s real purpose by withdrawing the one I have given it, and learning the truth about it.”
