I choose the second place to gain the first.

“It is Your Will that I be wholly safe, eternally at peace.”

I find this lesson to be an extension of my thoughts on Lesson 326. Surrender to the Will of God is not an obligation or a punishment … It is a choice.

It is a choice to return to the flow, to be in support of the bigger plan which is the growth and expansion of consciousness through experience. Love is the method to connect all the parts in relationship. Peace and joy are the effect when an individual chooses to support the plan.

I find this lesson confusing so I will write a summary:

  I choose to separate myself, to live by my own will – this is first place;

  First place brings with it suffering, though, still a path to salvation;

  When we pause to act from our hearts, second place, we gain from God’s will;

  God’s will for our lives makes us first, it takes us to salvation … rejoining;

  Nothing we do can overrule God’s will for us.
