ACIM Lesson 271 notes.

Christ’s is the vision I will use today.

What will I choose?

“Today I choose to look upon what Christ would have me see.”

“Creator and Creation unified.”

Come home, the comforter within calls: HS? Mother? Do I still think that He will reject me? Are those thoughts of unworthiness still within me?

No. I am Loved.

(My reflection went to the Prodigal Son parable. Where was the Mother? I found her in the energy with the son that traveled with him, comforted him, and called him home. Sophia, the comforter, the Holy Spirit, Mother.)

Today I see how this lesson relates to the daily contemplation from CAC that I just read. It told, by Heather King, of the practice of Saint Therese of Lisieux. She had things in her life that bothered her, but she found ways in her mind to let the bother pass and to show love and kindness to the other person. She called this her ‘little-way’ practice. (The author said she did this for a year and found it difficult to not react, such as with control of her body with eye rolls or the tone of her voice.) Saint Therese used patience, blessings, and prayers when interacting with others.

This tells me that instead of waiting for transformation of the Christ to raise my consciousness, the everyday actions of love and kindness is the way of the Saints.

I want to see the light within my human family. _/\_
