July 5 – Had lunch with B today. She seemed uncomfortable that a few times in the past weeks I have said that everyone needs to get the virus. She pointed out to me all the people that she knew that had family members who got the virus and had passed. Then she spoke about her co-worker who lost her twin sister and how B is trying to help her through her grief. As I drove home I realized we have two different roles. B is to work with individuals, as she always has always had the compassion and love to care and support another. My role is the greater good, as a lightworker, to resolve the dark into the light. Perhaps this is why she is empathic and I came in with my attention on the good.
Pollyanna is all grown up to bring acceptance, understanding, and forgiveness to the Whole.
July 9 – Is this Covid thing working for human awakening?
Just watched an episode from the David Icke show on Gaia; it was about human programming. Currently, we are in lock down, have restricted travel, are wearing masks or social distancing. It all seems controlled and restricting.
But …
- People are saying having children out of school and home is getting them away from school programming and (possibly) false teaching.
- On Twitter I saw an article that colleges being closed in the fall could impact votes for Democratic Party as they usually don’t vote. It said that during the Obama era the campuses were a big campaign area and more students voted than ever before.
- And me. David spoke about the use of peer pressure to get people to conform. I wondered if I would have gone where I’ve gone in the last few months, in my mind and with alternate media, if I was regularly exposed to my peers and thinking about what they would have to say.
Interesting.
July 12 – Sunday morning prayer upon waking up.
Today, let me have an open heart, speak with love and kindness, and walk in peace.
I am going to try a conversation this Sunday morning. I am hearing “go for a walk.” OK. I’m off.

You are so loved. Flow. Ground. Join in with those who are celebrating these times.
Who are these people?
Kryon group. ACIM groups. Healing groups.
How best that I participate?
Start with Facebook. Try to expand into Facetime groups, perhaps one day in-person friendships will form.
Many questions. Best healing path?
Sound. Find the people not the authors/gurus. Share.
I am afraid to start putting content out – everything gets twisted around these days.
Stay with small groups. Love light peace – that is what you need to bring. Set the intention.

July 26 – Universal Truths.
A couple of weeks ago I was thinking if I could put together a list of the Universal Truths that I have learned from teachers and experience. The few that always come to mind are Jesus: you reap what you sow; Caroline Myss: what is one is in the whole.
I didn’t spend any time on this; it was just an exercise I thought I would take up one Sunday morning. Soon after this I watched the movie that Daryl Anka made about channeling Bashar which became available on Gaia. It is called First Contact. In the film they show scenes of Barshar channels and in one he gave the following:
Bashar: Five Laws of Creation.
- I /You exist.
- Everything is here and now.
- The one is the All, the all are the One.
- What you put out is what you get back.
- Everything changes except the first 4 laws.
There it is. The summary I was thinking of … Universal Truths all placed together. A nice short list that I can now related to the lessons engraved into my mind.
The first is my first lesson – I am an eternal being. Or, as many have quoted “We are spiritual beings having a human experience”. Deepak Chopra I have as attributed to this quote from early in the blog.
The second Truth has no greater teacher than Eckert Tolle teaching “The Power of Now”. Michael Singer also does a great job helping us to understand that living only happens in the now with his great lessons on mindfulness.
The third Truth is what Caroline says that rings through my being continuously, “What is in one is in the Whole”. This has been a great tool for me in my reflections when I am trying to understand something and can relate society issues to cells of the body or connections and flow to leaves and branches on a tree. I think the biggest lesson I took from the Course in Miracles what to question myself “how can I look at this differently?” This Truth is the stepping stone to different levels of perspective: how do cells interact, how do animals, people, mystics, Jesus, Stars, and Galaxies … on and on. Wonderful tool!
Truth four of what you put out you get back is what Jesus taught that you reap what you sow.
Although … there is more here. I always saw this in a negative sense, like a warning, to be careful not to do bad as bad will come back. But there is the other side, law of attraction.
What I like to say to myself … believing is seeing.
And today I understand our lives are the physicality of energy and vibration. Magnetic attraction, vibrational resonance and harmony are in play to bring us the experiences that are drawn to what our consciousness (an energy field) is creating.
And the fifth … Everything changes. This has never been more obvious then today: a world that wishes to grow, a people that are questioning and throwing away old beliefs. Conscious evolution.

July 30 – Thank you Dr. Immanuel. I saw you introduce yourself to the nation on Monday. I felt hope, light inside that this virus burden can go away. There is cure you said.
On Tuesday I saw that your group, America’s Frontline Doctors, was censored. On Wednesday on Twitter I saw the footage of this doctor being attached on main stream media. On Facebook I saw my spiritual groups rising up to support her.
This morning my mind started playing through conversations where, if I had to, I would support her spiritual beliefs that are being ridiculed in the media. My mind suddenly shifted to a mantra I haven’t thought of in a while. “No attack.”
When my mind went back to the role play argument with the goal of ‘no attack’ my perspective broadened. Suddenly I could see and question, why is the MSM attacking this doctor? Why is there this fight against a cure to the virus? I think this may bring the most to a conversation.
I think this is a very good insight. To not be defensive or offensive will allow for a new, broader perspective.
