T-13-VII The World that Shines with Love.

“The world you see must be denied, for sight of it is costing you a different kind of vision. You cannot see both worlds, for each of them involves a different kind of seeing and depends on what you cherish.” (1.9-10)

The commentary on the CircleofA gave an exercise of looking out the window and naming what this world has that the real world doesn’t. My curtains are drawn to manage the heat so I chose to listen. I heard traffic noise, seagulls, but also children playing. I tend to view all the noise as disturbing my peace.

Wouldn’t God’s real world have children playing? This world is the one I judge as right and wrong.

“You who would judge reality cannot see it, for whenever judgement enters, reality has slipped away.” (4.5)

This says to me that heaven is here on Earth and that I am blind to see it. I can change my mind to change my perception to see, and hear, God’s real world.
