“Being unable to love, the ego would be totally inadequate in love’s presence, for it could not respond at all.” (3.2)

Honesty is a characteristic of God’s teachers. (See the Manual, chapter 4.) I find that when honesty is present within my mind, this brings me into authenticity.

I have witnessed ego’s inability to offer anything worthwhile within an intensive field of Love. HS always offers words and/or actions that are ‘spot on’. I feel these words are received by the other person as well as myself. I witness my mind go quiet as my spirit fills with gratitude.
