“Teach only love, and learn that love is yours and you are love.” (7.8)

“Everything you teach you are learning.” (7.7)

What have I taught myself about  myself in my past? I think that I was always looking for a strategy to get my way to be OK. I would present my perspective and preferences to manipulate and control outcomes. I was teaching myself that the world was not safe and that I knew better than others what was best.

Now that I am more considerate and empathetic, I feel more satisfied coming away from conversations. There is love and trust behind my motivations instead of fear. I am learning to trust more. I am learning that I am loving.
