In my posts I reference a lot of books that I have read on my journey. Books have always been my teachers. I learned so many things in my life from books including: history, sex, child rearing, breast feeding, cooking. I even saved my own life back in high school – we went horse back riding and I was able to manage a highly stimulated stallion I was riding by my having just finished a novel about a girl who reared horses. Ironically I avoided self help books my entire adult life until the flood gates of awareness opened – I guess I just wasn’t ready yet.
Below is the list of books that have been my guide. They came into my life through various means. The first few a legacy from my Dad. Others from guests on Oprah shows. Some were just found at used book sales. Some sat around my house for years waiting for me to discover them. I have trusted my intuition and let the book tell me when I was ready for its lesson.
