I pretend that I manage my thoughts, free to go on whatever odd mind excursions I want. I am free as there is no judgement in God as far as what I do with my thoughts. But I, small self, do judge. So, as to make myself be OK with my self, I disassociate from the thoughts I judge to be wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I think this section is asking us to be mindful of our thoughts, so we can ask if we want to continue where they are leading. Do these thoughts align with my values? Are these thoughts that aid in my communication with God?
