As I read this lesson, my mind tried to hold onto various lines to use in response to loved-ones when hating others. Although my mind kept on with its efforts to solve \u2018the problem’, I noticed that the sensible part of my mind kept rejecting each line that was up for consideration to be spoken in argument. Finally, I remembered that it is best to ask HS for help in the moment and not to plan for some imaginary conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I will not hold on to guilt in others. We are all doing our best with what we carry from this life.
