\u201cThe whole purpose of this Course is to teach you that the ego is unbelievable.\u201d<\/em> (8.1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n I felt perturbed reading the title to this section \u2026 \u2018great, more talk of the ego!\u2019 I expected a repeat of what we have been told before along with more calling out of our egoic traits \u2026 \u2018can\u2019t we just get back to the holy Child stuff?\u2019 As I read this section, it got my attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A few weeks ago, I wrote down the idea that the ego is a collective consciousness creation that my mind is exposed to.
