I strongly identify with Type 1 on the Enneagram chart; Type 1- the need to be perfect (per Rohr & Ebert, \u2018The Enneagram, A Christian Perspective\u2019 (Crossroads, 2020). I mention this because the following from this section got my attention:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou would be in an impossible situation if God showed you your perfection and proved to you that you were wrong.\u201d<\/em> (3.2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Robert Perry, in is commentary for Day 100, explained that this section is a response to the question of why doesn\u2019t God save us from this crazy world. God\u2019s way is \u2018the kindest solution possible\u2019. (2.2) God\u2019s way is to use our gifts, our eternal perfection, to wake ourselves from this illusion and to choose differently. We are given HS and Christ Jesus to aid us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Instead of looking to make a perfect world, I should shift to awareness of the perfection in me, my true Self.
