I am not alone in experiencing the effects of my seeing.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u2026 Thought which give rise to what you see are never neutral or unimportant.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another lesson teaching us \u2018thought hygiene\u2019 (like I wrote of in Lesson 16 notes<\/a>.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is best for us to be mindful of our thoughts. They create our reality which we share with all beings on the Earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take care. Be loving and kind in action and thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMinds are joined.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I experienced this last evening when P was having a difficult time. The worst traits in him were showing (ennea type 8) which had me struggling to contain the worst traits in me (ennea type 1), that being anger and resentment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am not alone in this world. It is tough enough without me not being aware and releasing my attacking energies out into it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Course is a great gift. The Enneagram is a great gift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I reflect this morning on my experience last evening and think about how I chose to communicate (I did OK by the way), I realize not that I did not ask God for help or HS for guidance. I still think I am alone in this, that I can figure everything out for myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOL! I laugh in realizing that God knows this about us. Therefore, these wonderful gifts are given for our study, so we think we are growing ourselves!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
