\u201cGod\u2019s gifts of joy and peace are all I want.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cJoy and peace are my inheritance.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n The lesson says that we fill up the space meant for God\u2019s gifts with stuff we have created ourselves. They may fill me but they don\u2019t fulfill me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cToday we would removed all meaningless and self-made gifts which we have placed upon the altar where God\u2019s gifts belong.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Joy and peace belong to me today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cGod\u2019s gifts of joy and peace are all I want.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n I woke before sunrise this morning; my mind was spinning with family concerns. For a while now it has been an effort in the morning to bring my mind to gratitude. My efforts tend to be prayers of petition for loved ones as I wake with an underlying fear. Today, I finally thought to bring my mind to the lessons. I recalled yesterday\u2019s lesson, so I repeated it. Another recent lesson took over as my mantra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Love and joy and peace abide in me.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n This brought me the presence of peace and gratitude that I sought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I sought what belongs to me in truth and felt the gifts that are forever within me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n So it is. _\/\\_<\/p>\n\n\n\n God\u2019s gifts of joy and peace are all I want.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n This is true for me; I want these above all else and I find them within me. I was going to ask why others don\u2019t find these things, but I feel I answered this by saying \u2018within\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I am further blessed when I see the joy and peace from within manifest outwardly, into my world.
