\u201cAnd it is happiness I seek today. I cannot fail, because I seek the truth.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n The first paragraph of the lesson tells us that happiness is an attribute of Love. I do see happiness as fleeting while I know God to be Love. How can there be gaps in happiness?<\/p>\n\n\n\n I look outside of myself (and Self) for happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I AM the Source of Love. I AM the Source of happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is all innate in me as a Holy Child of God created in the image of the Creator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n My small self just needs to take my focus off of the separate false self and turn toward the light within where all the proof I need is there to align with the Presence of Love, my True Self.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cTo fear Him is to be afraid of joy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n This lesson shows me that my definition of love is limited. I put controls on who to love and when is the right time. Perhaps I will put myself at risk or take on too much responsibility. Or, could I make a burden of myself onto another? I control love so it is not real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I take a step back to \u2018be Love\u2019. Love\u2019s presence is now here. I feel it flow through me, swirling around in my field. Here, Love is unlimited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHappiness is an attribute of Love.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Proof is visible by the smile that now shows on my face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Love. Lover. Beloved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To fear him is to be afraid of joy.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n How can there be Love without happiness? I know situations of someone dying and there is great love but great sadness as well. I don\u2019t see happiness in that situation. Perhaps I don\u2019t know what Love is?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Love with no conditions \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n In my example, the sadness is due to conditions: fear of loss, blame, shame, lack of control, empathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Could this situation hold happiness?<\/p>\n\n\n\n What would Jesus do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n He would Love the troubled dying person. He would speak of Love and joy of God. He would heal as appropriate. The person would be made whole in body, or pass with soul healed and ready for God\u2019s Love. (I am that light too!) There would be happiness in that \u2026 Love and light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n God being Love, is also happiness.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n And it is happiness I seek today.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n I cannot fail because I seek the truth.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Jesus brought Truth to all situations.
