May I clean up my thoughts about others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe honor that I give to him is Yours, and what is Yours belongs to me as well.\u201d<\/em> [CE W-280.2:3]<\/p>\n\n\n\n The word \u2018honor\u2019 is speaking to me. What would it look like for me to go through the world honoring everyone I encounter?<\/p>\n\n\n\n I just watched Bruce Lipton being interviewed by Regina Meredith about his new book. Bruce finds that Darwin was wrong in his theory \u2013 it is not \u2018survival of the fittest\u2019. He said that we, as a society, have adopted this belief so we live in competition with each other. It is through cooperation that natural systems survive and thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n My thoughts put limits on others as my way of metering what they are so I can adjust to do better than them. In Robert Perry\u2019s book, the teacher, I was just reading that in the gospels, Jesus was also pointing out our competitive nature. This is due to our need for status to feels some self-worth. Robert explained that Jesus was pointing us toward getting off of the status pyramid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To go around the world honoring everyone would be to live outside of the status pyramid. There would be no one I would be measuring myself against. It feels much more do-able to honor others when I can recognize that to do otherwise is to be chasing status for myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I am a holy Child of God. Status in this world is of no importance when I can hold this truth for myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cToday let me give honor to Your Son [children], for thus alone I find the way to You.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n It is in how I see others, is how I see Love, or know God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I put limits on all of the people in my life because I have so many limits on myself. By releasing the blocks to Love, internally, I know that my judgmental introspection will fade. Love flowing within will open my eyes to beauty in this world in the form of my brothers and sisters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I take the limits off the Children of God as I take the limits off of myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cFather [Mother], I lay no limits on the [child] You love and You created limitless.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n I am releasing the limits I have put upon myself by reminding myself regularly of the joy that is innate in my being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I woke a bit anxious this morning. When I considered how to remedy it, I realized that peace was also innate within me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I am as You created me \u2013 limitless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWhom God created limitless is free.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Do I feel limitless? Have I ever felt limitless? I don\u2019t think so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n My one peak experience was not as some have it, feeling as big as the Universe. My experience was about release, and the instant feeling of the irony of this world of illusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This lesson tells me that somewhere buried below the layers of \u2018me\u2019, that I created, is a limitless me. I am meant to honor that part as I honor God.
