God’s voice soothes me.

“Join me in hearing. For the Voice of God tells us of things we cannot understand alone, nor learn apart.” [CE W-275.1:3-4]

I appreciate the footnote provided as it pointed my attention to the importance of connection with others to truly understand what God is saying to me.

In spiritual circles, we speak about the changes in the world in the last few years. People in my online groups always say how important our conversations are as it is difficult in everyday life to find people to talk about ‘this stuff’.

This lesson brings me to recognize the major change that has happened in the last few years. Today, we can speak about our spiritual selves. And we have online tools to find like-minded people to have deep conversations and share thoughts and experiences. We are joining together to understand what we cannot learn alone or apart.

I believe the future of humanity is in community. This supports the idea that we will evolve further together. So be it.

“I need be anxious over nothing.”

Now, if I could only pause long enough to hear Your voice with its guidance.

Most days, I view my responses to others as reactionary when I want them to be kind; or imposing when I want them to supports others’ in how they might come to see a broader perspective.

If I don’t agree with someone, I still want to be authentic while I express my views, but in a kind way that also births ideas to new possibilities.

HS, speak louder, please!

“Your healing Voice protects all things today, and so I leave all things to You. I need be anxious over nothing. For Your Voice will tell me what to do and where to go; to whom to speak and what to say to him, what thoughts to think, what words to give the world. The safety that I bring is given me. ⁵Father, Your Voice protects all things through me.”

The prayer of the lesson provides just the words for this day.

“I leave all things to You.”

There is peace within me even though this is a time of uncertainty and change (Mom). Thank You for Your support and guidance. I am here to do my part.

I worry so much about what I should say, and also I spend so much time thinking of what I should have said.

Thank you, Father for this lesson and for your voice.

Please let me always remember to not bother with my worries and planning of what to say. I must trust you are there with me and that I have been blessed with the tools for that moment.

My security is in God, not in my ego.

God’s healing voice protects all things today. 10-2-2026 God’s voice soothes me. “Join me in hearing.
