\u201cHow deceived was I to think that what I feared was in the world, instead of in my mind alone.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n During the first day of seminary class yesterday, we were guided in meditation to reflect on our first seminary year experience. I looked at my fear of sharing my voice and how that eased as the year progressed. I asked myself, \u2018what was I protecting?\u2019 I was afraid of making a mistake, being humiliated, and seeing that expand into shame that I would burden myself with. As I saw this, I saw the unreasonableness of this fear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2018I\u2019m OK.\u2019 I said to myself. (This means to me that all the protective efforts of my inner parts are unnecessary.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Following the meditation, we went into Zoom breakout groups. I was paired with two people that I had shared experiences with last year, so it felt comfortable. I shared with them about my realization. They were both excited and told me that this was a big deal. I was grateful for the validation. It made me appreciate the message and to reflect on this more. I share this here to help me integrate the message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI\u2019m OK.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI\u2019m surrounded by the Love of God.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n I will drop my walls and trust Love\u2019s flowing balm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cCreation\u2019s gentleness is all I see.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n I will open to a world made manifest by Your Loving thoughts. I align my thoughts and will to Yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This morning I better see a loved one through the eyes of Love. Two thoughts came to mind as I was working through fear to find Love:<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Ho\u2019oponopono (traditional Hawaiian practice) \u2013 \u2018I\u2019m sorry. Please forgive me. I thank you. I love you.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Second was of the love I see shining within my grand-daughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I\u2019m sorry. Please forgive me for all of the burdens I put upon you.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n If it was my thoughts, beliefs, fears, that created this image I see of my loved one, I am truly sorry that my behavior reflected this onto another person. Within my dear one is still that loving child of light.
