I am as God created me.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThese words are sacred, for they are the words God gave in answer to the world you made.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last evening I was in a Zoom meeting with some other seminary students. We were talking about spirituality and the arts, so were given a prompt to share a story. It was to tell of art or music that made us cry. The memory that came to mind was crying over George Benson\u2019s song \u2018The Greatest Love of All\u2019. (I wrote about this experience in the post where I told of my 2012 transformation, part 2<\/a>). \u00a0I did not share the story with the group as I was unclear on why it was significant to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I found the blog post this morning. After knowing this song for decades, in 2012 I actually heard it for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe greatest love of all is happening to me.  Learning to love your self; it is the greatest love of all.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were lots of tears at the time as I recognized how I sought acceptance from outside myself not even aware that Love was within me. \u2639<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is what I wrote back in 2012:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI came to realize that I had spent my adult life looking for others to validate my thoughts and beliefs and then living frustrated because it almost never happened. At work I might make a mistake or handle something differently than management wanted; I would hear of their displeasure and be frustrated that I never got the opportunity to explain.  At home I would get frustrated with P. because he would just not see my side of things nor validate my point.  I so needed that approval from everyone as I had no sense of my own worth.  I could only make myself feel good by being busy and doing a good job.  Knowing that I am a unique soul, a part of God, put here for a purpose made me realize that the greatest, never ending source of happiness comes from within me.  The frustration stopped.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am as God created me.\u201d<\/em> I am as Love created me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love, within Love, meant to express Love in this world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6-11-2023<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe light has come today to bless the world. For you have recognized the Son (Child) of God, and in that recognition is the world\u2019s\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holy Child of God. This is my practice today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear God, help me to know this truth within me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I release all else that I chose to accumulate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
