Yesterday there was a lot going on in the world. The USA pulled out of Afghanistan and Kabul fell to the Taliban. Many were upset on Facebook for the potential human crisis that might come to those who couldn\u2019t evacuate the Country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was desiring news as I lay in bed hoping to fall asleep. Then, I did a really stupid thing, I went onto Twitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was last winter that I gave up daily ventures into Twitter. (I couldn\u2019t even login on my new IPad and just last week had to track down my login and password from my old iPad.) But, last night I went on. I exposed myself to the on-the-ground videos and the tons of opinions about how things should have been handled. Everyone seemed to have someone to blame as well as how they thought it could have been handled better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Needless to say, it took me a long time to fall to sleep after that. My mind raced trying to problem solve this major world event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From there my mind jumped to all the tough stories I\u2019ve been seeing on Facebook after joining the group for parents of transgender adults. So many people have so many difficult problems. My mind would try to solve these peoples\u2019 problems as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A couple of hours I lied in bed with my mind spinning away — I was conscious of the craziness. I tried deep breathing to go into meditation. I tried my \u201cI am\u201d mantra with deep breathing. Still,I could not stay focused, my mind just kept working away trying to solve everyone\u2019s problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was way past mid-night when a smarter part of myself spoke up to say, \u201cI don\u2019t have the answers!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I felt my mind pause and knew I was onto something so, with intent, I said it three times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI don\u2019t have the answers. I don\u2019t have the answers. I don\u2019t have the answers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My mind went quiet. I was asleep shortly after this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ahhhhh!!!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I watched on Gaia the first episode of Disclosure with Steven Greer. He said something profound that I want to jot down. This is regarding higher consciousness beings, he said, \u201cconsciousness doesn\u2019t come in different colors, consciousness doesn\u2019t have gender, consciousness doesn\u2019t have a race.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
