Conversation 11 with higher Self.
\nHappy Sunday and good morning.
\nGood morning.<\/em>
\nWhy do I feel trouble looming? I have to keep reminding myself that things are fine, easy, just a regular day.
\nMuch is coming.<\/em>
\nThat brought up a twinge of fear.
\nWhy fear? I didn\u2019t say good or bad.<\/em>
\nI think that is it (my issue) \u2013 fear of change. My comfort to myself is just saying, \u2018it\u2019s a normal Sunday\u2019, Monday \u2026 whatever. I just want my alone time at home. Usually I want that for reading, learning lessons, or writing. Right now I feel I want to hide.
\nLet\u2019s pray.<\/em>
\n(I was quiet for a while to clear the low energy I was feeling.)
\nI have the thought now that I am feeling the feeling of something outside of me \u2013 the collective perhaps?
\nYes, there is turmoil. It is not all negative there is much positive, growing light showing. It all swirls together as eddies in the flow. You can be affected by what is near or that which you pull toward you.<\/em>
\nSo I can choose to move the \u2018down\u2019 energy along (on its way).
\nYes, just like being in a river where you can feel warm areas and cold \u2013 just move yourself into the area you prefer.<\/em>
\nI still haven\u2019t shaken it because I\u2019m not looking forward to spending time with others. I\u2019m acting more frustrated and impatient with the actions of others \u2013 more judgmental.
\nHeart not mind.<\/em>
\nWhen will they get it? When will they wake up?
\nImagine that they never wake up. What if that was not predicted? What if you were like Jesus or another master, alone in greater awareness, how then would you respond to those around you?<\/em>
\nI would want them to know, \u201cyou are so blessed. You are Loved.\u201d I\u2019d go (back?) to teaching and guiding just to ease the burden.
\nHeart.<\/em>
\nIt\u2019s living in the NOW! Now they have the burden that needs to be eased. Now I can be compassionate and loving \u2013 offer balm for their psyche
\nYou cannot offer advice when someone is in crisis, just support and caring.<\/em>
\nI feel that my silence does none of that. It\u2019s of the head \u2013 just waiting for the other to wake up and get it. My home is peaceful, my house is in order. (I feel they need to do the same for themselves.) All I feel I can do is to send prayers to others for MBO (most benevolent outcome).
\nThe prayers are something. Like said before \u2026 move those eddies around.<\/em>
\nWhat\u2019s the next step for me? Please help! Help me to be in my heart. Help me with connections.
\nYou think that you are blocking, disconnected with others. Your peace is attractive to them.<\/em>
\nI must stop the negativity in my mind. I am sure that is felt (as we all grow in sensitivity).
\nHeart, heart, heart \u2026<\/em>
\nHelp me to get there and stay there!
\n\u2026 OK, enough. Let\u2019s move on. (realizing I need to settle myself.)
\nTo what? <\/em>
\n(I took more contemplative time.)
\nNow is good. This all comes down to my allowing my mind to be in the future. Now is good.
\nYes. There is only Now.<\/em>
\nI feel like I can make better progress with working on being in the Now then I can from being in my heart. It\u2019s like my mind can\u2019t understand the heart so it\u2019s not a good option.
\nMind must release control to the heart.<\/em>
\nAHA! That\u2019s what\u2019s going on. It\u2019s about control and the power I give to mind to make my way on this journey.
\nHeart centered will get you there \u2026 (It\u2019s) another path.<\/em>
\nAm I meant to go this way?
\nYour choice.<\/em>
\nThere are other ways?
\nYes<\/em>.
\nI feel those other ways include the negative (service to Self).
\nYes<\/em>.
\n\u2026 but also other ways. I am reminded of Sadhguru telling the parable of 4 yogis that represented the 4 paths of yoga: Karma yoga of the body, Jhana yoga of the intellect, Bhakti yoga of emotion and devotion, and Kriya yoga of inner energies.
\n(I recognize) Devotion is lacking in me currently.
\nChoose your diety.<\/em>
\nGaia (recent messages have brought me the realization I need to raise my feminine energy and grow in honoring of the Goddess.)
\nLove: send, build, grow Love.<\/em>
\nWe humans are all part of Gaia. I think I can build and hold Love for Gaia to then extend to her creatures.
\nCan you?<\/em>
\nI don\u2019t know but I think I have a direction to head.
