\nI feel good. \u00a0I feel like pieces and preparations are almost in place for the next step in my growth.
\nI am at ease in my relationships, work life, and home life.\u00a0 I have learned great lessons to put right my behaviors and beliefs that caused my suffering and conflict with others.\u00a0 What I am saying is that I feel confident!
\nI can do it! I can live in the world in a loving way and, in this way, succeed at the things that I must do.
\nI feel I am ready to go within now.\u00a0 I can<\/u> balance my physical life with my spiritual seeking.
\nI finally did it – I signed up for Yogananda\u2019s \u2018Self Realization\u2019 lessons.\u00a0 I just know it is time as, in addition to my feelings, my experiences seem to all relate back to him, my daily readings online, the book I am reading currently, and even a DVD movie I just received entitled \u2018Awake\u2019 about the life of Paramahansa Yogananda. (I loved it!)
\nThe daily lessons on \u2018yogananda.com.au\u2019 are giving me insights into the importance of meditation so my practice has improved.\u00a0 My daily devotions and concentration during meditation are getting stronger now that Yogananda\u2019s words are explaining to me the interior path.
\nI feel peaceful.
\nI went back to read my posts from a few weeks about ease.\u00a0 I re-used as my opening quote one from 11-1-15 as it spoke to me again today.
\nThere have been disturbing events around the world each week for the last few weeks.\u00a0 I remained peaceful.\u00a0 I sent prayers to those who were directly touched by the events but I didn\u2019t put my attention to them. A part of me wonders if I am wrong that I don\u2019t involve myself in the conversations or following the news instead, staying distant feels right for me. My lessons tell me that there is good and bad, dark and light, in everything about this physical life.\u00a0 I can\u2019t say that I understand why these things happen but I know there is always good to be found from the bad.
\nThe quote at the top helped me to recognize my role in things, to hold onto the energy of peace and support to those around me who may lose their well-being in the low energy of fear.
\nA while back I thought that I might pursue energy healing until I heard Sadhguru speak against energy healing.\u00a0 He felt the practitioner should not be involved with processes that they don\u2019t understand and that the patient might require the dis-ease to learn the message the body is sending.
\nI just realized that staying peaceful and open during times of fear and trouble can be a service to others. A peaceful loving energy can help to sooth them and, perhaps, be an example so that they can reflect on themselves to seek the way to peace for themselves.
\nAs my devotion strengthens and the peace of God fills me, I feel joy with the thought of sharing that peace with others.
\nI wrote on 11-1-15 about \u2018still waters\u2019.\u00a0 At that time I was learning to be at ease with the quiet times.\u00a0 The excitement is rising within me so I have set my sails in preparation for the flow I know that is coming to take me to new places on my journey to you God.
