In 2018 I realized that I was being given answers to the reflections and questions of my mind. I had been following several channels for years and now had the self confidence to trust that I too could connect to my Higher Self. In these conversations I know that my guidance is coming from my Higher Self although there may be times that I purposely choose to converse with another higher dimensional being.

I may use the abbreviation MHS in reference to my Higher Self. (Tricia 8-25-19)

Also the abbreviation HS to point Higher Self or Holy Spirit.
