T-24-II The Treachery of Specialness.

“You can defend your specialness, but never will you hear the Voice for God beside it. They speak a different language and they fall on different ears.” [CE T-24.II.5:1-2]

So, this is why I spent so many years unable to hear the voice that loves and supports me. Too many years of worrying about how I appeared within this illusion. Going around with my mind full of what was wrong about me and others and how to fix it all, so I was more than OK — I was special. I just had the thought that so many think poorly of themselves but also deny their desire for specialness. Perhaps it is the striving for specialness that then leaves us feeling ‘less than’ as specialness is not obtained.
