I found it difficult to pull meaning for myself from this section. It felt very specific to Helen’s life, wherein she was helping others but still rejecting her holy Self. Robert Perry’s commentary clarified the lesson, which is to allow the gifts that we offer by guidance of HS return to us.

Others become our witnesses to the Presence of Love within us, so they teach us who we truly are.

As I sat with this idea, I thought about when I offer a Course perspective to someone. I could not recall receiving praise or acknowledgement back. The word ‘peace’ came to mind. I offer a peaceful loving presence to others. People in my life are peaceful and they offer peace out to others.

I am blessed with now seeing this subtle teaching and to see it reflected in my closest community.
