T-5.I Being Wholly Joyous.

“Joy calls forth an integrated willingness to share in it, and thus promotes the mind’s natural impulse to respond as one.” (1.7)
This section offers more understanding of healing. As a healer, the state of our mind matters as we offer to help another. If our energy is not pure love/joy, the other person’s subconscious could be resistant to our offering.
“Those who attempt to heal without being wholly joyous themselves call forth different kinds of responses at the same time, and thus deprive others of the joy of responding wholeheartedly.” (2.1)
I once tried a healing modality on a loved one, a form of kinesiology. It was a total failure. My mind held fear, as well as my own motives and expectations. This lesson helps me to understand the importance of my being wholehearted, letting go of my will, and finding joy in trusting God’s will.
