This instant is the only time there is.

“And love is ever-present, here and now.”

I am still connected with the idea of ‘unconditional peace’ that I mentioned in yesterday’s notes. From the moment I read this idea it has brought me right into my heart center.

I have lived so many years with so much debris covering my heart. The light of my true Self was blocked by beliefs, expectations, judgements, controlling thoughts all due to my fears – afraid and alone without any abilities to survive.

Everything I need and want has always been inside of me – is me.

Here is a thought … do I need to think of the future if my true Self’s will is the same as God’s Will? Do I need to rely on remembering past experiences to make today’s decisions if my true Self knows how to decide with Love?

This instant, I am present with my true Self, where I have available the gifts God has given me. This instant is where I choose to stay.

I have written before about my idea that gravity is God’s loving intention to hold the physical world together in every moment. This holy instant … and this holy instant …

We are still here.

Christ, God made manifest, is born fresh and new in every moment. This lovely morning is the evidence of God’s motherly and fatherly presence here for me and for everything.

“Thanks for this instant.”

Now I am healed. Now I am present. Now I am Christ.
