ACIM Lesson 259 notes.

Let me remember that there is no sin.

“Everything that is remains with You, and You with it.”

Today I am bring up within me the feeling of God’s Love as I reflect on what I wrote for this lesson back in 2022. I’m feeling the difference between the place the ‘Prodigal Son’ was at when living the life of his choosing compared to the light-loving place of returning back home to his Father.

In this loving place, we feel safe to be honest, authentic, and loving.

“Father, I would not be insane today. I would not be afraid of Love …”

I had a conversation with a loved one this week that I am not feeling good about my part. (I feel bad actually.) I wanted to offer some ‘wisdom’ and it got all muddled and misunderstood. So, now I know I was mistaken.

I sat with this this morning and made a declaration that I want love to be in my relationships. I know I’m too much in my mind when it comes to what comes out of my mouth. There is fear (control, manipulation, hubris) influencing what I say and how I say it.

Insanity … I want to be loving to those I love, but, at the same time, in the way that my ego mind believes it should be done.

“Sin is insanity. It is the means by which the mind is driven mad, and seeks to let illusions take the place of truth.” ~ W.II.4.1 ‘What is Sin?’

I made a declaration — let love lead my words. I ask for help to make this change. _/\_

So it is.

“You are the Source of everything that is.”

You God are Love, so how can there be anything else? (This is the evidence that we are co-creators.)

The Prodigal Son parable, the Father’s Love (life-force energy), in the form of his wealth, is used by the son to create debauchery. The son believes in sin. When he returns to the Father, there is no sin. God shares the life-force energy with us, we create with it.

Father, let me remember to use Your life-force for loving-kindness and to no longer dwell in the false world.

There is no sin in God’s world.
